壓濾機的工作原理

 壓濾機由壓濾機濾板、液壓系統、壓濾機框、濾板傳輸系統和電氣系統等五大部分組成。板框壓濾機工作運行的原理比較簡單，先由液壓施力壓緊板框組，沉淀的淤泥由中間進入，分布到各濾布之間，通過過濾介質而實現固、液分離的脫液方法。

Filter Press Working Principle:
The fiter press is composed of five main parts:fiter plate, hydraulic system, machine frame, hydraulic oil cylinder and electrical system. Chamber
fiter press work principle is relatively simole,firstly hydraulic pressing the fiter plates tiahtly to form chambers. then feeding the slurry from the center
hole,the slurry will come to every chambers, filtering the water out by fiter cloth to get the solid liquid separation result.

壓濾機型號分類

壓濾機可分為三大類分別為高壓圓板壓濾機、廂式壓濾機、高效隔膜壓濾機。根據自動化程度高低還可分為手動壓濾機自動拉板壓濾機。

1確認介質工況壓濾機過濾液態介質中不允許出現大顆粒物質否則會引起濾布破損，需要高壓過濾的行業(如:洗砂廠
瓷泥廠、石材廠、攪拌站、水洗高嶺十等)需選用高壓圓板壓機:低壓過濾行業如(如:水玻璃、碳酸鈣等)選用普
通板框壓機:過物料細粘(如:印染廠皮革廠紡織廠造紙廠需使用帶有一次壓榨的高效隔膜壓濾機
